SP600 ABDOMINAL

Designed to maximize the workout of the outer abdominal muscles, this machine has two ways of isolating them. Using the front rollers as foot blocks, you can simulate the abdominal crunch exercise that focuses on the upper abs.  Alternatively, you can use the rear rollers to workout the lower abs. The Abdominal machine has a ROM device to limit the range of movement and to vary the muscle group that you want to workout as well as providing easier access to and from the equipment.

SP610 LOWER BACK

This piece of equipment has been designed to provide an efficient workout of the lower back muscles. By adjusting the seat height, you can find the correct position in line with the axis of the machine. It has been fitted with a ROM device that limits the range of movement of the back making it suitable for rehabilitative purposes.

SP100 LEG EXTENSIO

This machine works-out the muscles in the front of the thigh, the vastus medialus and lateralis in particular, that extend the leg by flexing the thigh. The vastus intermedius is also worked during the exercise whilst the rectus femoris is stimulated to a lesser extent due to the proximity of the intersection points in the seated position; when the seat back is moved further back it is more exerted. This piece of equipment is frequently used both to tone and build up the muscles on the front of the thigh. Fitted with a ROM device that limits the movement of the leg and enables isometric contractions, this machine can be used in the functional rehabilitation of the quadriceps. It has an adjustable seat back, hand grips for improved stability during the exercise and a safety motion limiter to prevent over extension.

SP110 LEG CURL

This is the perfect machine to tone and build up the muscles on the back of the thighs or femoralischial portion (consisting of the biceps femoris, semitendinosus and semimembranosus hamstring muscles and to a lesser extent the gastrocnemius). It is also used for correction of the knee and in postmenisectomy functional rehabilitation to improve knee stability. It is fitted with adjustable padded rollers and the contoured padding has been specially designed to exploit the optimal workout angle without working the back muscles and large gluteal muscles as often happens on more traditional machines.

SP120 STANDING LEG CURL

This piece of equipment completes the Leg Curl workout by working more specifically on the medium and lower portion of the femoral-ischial muscles. Thanks to the two height-adjustable foot platforms, the right position can be found for the resting limb to ensure knee articulation is at the same height as the lever fulcrum. To achieve further extension of the muscle and subsequent total contraction, the lever base has been inclined by 20 degrees. Fitted with a ROM device that limits the movement of the leg and enables isometric contractions, this machine can be used in the functional rehabilitation of the femur.

SP210 SITTING CURL

This piece of equipment completes the Leg Curl workout by working more specifically on the medium and lower portion of the femoral-ischial muscles. Thanks to the two height-adjustable foot platforms, the right position can be found for the resting limb to ensure knee articulation is at the same height as the lever fulcrum. To achieve further extension of the muscle and subsequent total contraction, the lever base has been inclined by 20 degrees. Fitted with a ROM device that limits the movement of the leg and enables isometric contractions, this machine can be used in the functional rehabilitation of the femur.

SP180 AAVANCED HACK SQUAT

This was TECA's first special creation. It was designed and tested to work the quadriceps from the standing position. In other words, it is based on the movements of the traditional squat with barbell and the not-to-be-ignored possibility of keeping the spinal column partially out of action thanks to the exclusive "variable-attitude pantograph". The latter enables the backrest to follow the trunk during the entire movement. The adoption of this mechanism in place of the sled bars common in most conventional hack squat machines makes it possible to limit the stress on the coxo-femoral joint, knee and tarsotibial as well as on the spinal column thereby reducing the risk of overloading joints and causing conditions that make this exercise painful to execute. By suitably altering the position and distance between the feet, this exercise also provides a superb workout for the adductors, gluteals and biceps femoris as well as the quadriceps.

SP190 ADVANCED LEG PRESS

The new version of this piece of equipment incorporates the innovative and exclusive "Variableattitude pantograph" for natural, correct movement. The main advantage of this system is the total foot contact, which is maintained during the entire exercise thanks to the angled foot platform. This sophisticated mechanism is fitted with an easy-to-use knob that can be turned to make millimetric adjustments to the inclination of the platform, thereby moving the muscular focus from the lower to the upper part of the thigh until even the muscles on the back of the thigh and large gluteal are worked. A further advantage of the angled platform is to reduce lateral strain on the spinal column when legs are pushing as well as limiting the effect of inertial forces on the lower back during the eccentric movement. The latter is the cause of a number of cases of spondylolysis in athletes lifting heavy weights on conventional leg presses.  Essential for a lower limb workout, this machine is also fitted with a pre-loading mechanism that allows you to lift the selected weight to the PRE-START position sothat you start pushing it with your leg already partially extended.

SP150 SITTING CALF

When doing the exercise from the seated position, with this machine you can work the soleus muscle directly with less emphasis on the gastrocnemius making it essential to give a better overall shape and size to the calf muscle. The Sitting Calf has a special foot platform studied to stop the feet from sliding during the exercise. The two angled knee pads make the exercise comfortable and safe.

SP160 ADDUCTOR

Designed to work the adductor muscles of the thigh at a total of four different angles, with this machine you can greatly increase muscle tone and improve trophism without damaging the delicate muscle and tendon groups of the inner thigh. The exercise is carried out in a seated position with the back resting against a slightly inclined surface to relieve all pressure on the spinal column. A pre-load device makes it easy to approach the machine and start the exercise.

SP300 MEDIUM GLUTEUS

Modern-day tenets regarding the appreciation of beauty demand that in both sexes the gluteal muscles are firm, toned and therefore well trained. This piece of equipment is ideal for developing, toning and firming up the gluteals without overloading the lower back given that the trunk is at rest during the exercise.  Thanks to the height-adjustable platforms, the right position can be found for the resting limb during the exercise. It is fitted with a ROM device that limits the movement of the leg and enables isometric contractions. The lever has adjustable roller pads to accommodate a variety of different heights.

SP310 GLUTEUS PRESS

This is a groundbreaking new machine ideal for female users. Working-out in a quadrupedic position allows maximum extension of the large gluteal and thanks to the pushing mechanism the muscle can be superbly isolated with minimum rotation of the hip thereby avoiding any unnecessary strain on the lower back. By working on one side, other muscles other than just the gluteals can be exercised. This machine is also fitted with a ROM device that limits the range of movement of the leg.

SP320 GLUTEUS KICK

This is a groundbreaking new machine ideal for female users. Working-out in a quadrupedic position allows maximum extension of the large gluteal and thanks to the pushing mechanism the muscle can be superbly isolated with minimum rotation of the hip thereby avoiding any unnecessary strain on the lower back. By working on one side, other muscles other than just the gluteals can be exercised. This machine is also fitted with a ROM device that limits the range of movement of the leg.

SP170 ABDUCTOR

The maximus and minimus gluteals as well as the tensor muscle, which together form the abductor muscles of the thigh, get a great workout on this piece of equipment . It works the abductors from the seated position and with the back resting against the seat back the lordotic effect on the above muscles is minimized. The handgrips can be adjusted to create four different workout positions.

SP510 PULLEY

All  back  and  scapula  muscles  can  be  exercised  frontally  with  the  greatest  range of  movement.  The footrests at two different heights allow you to vary the workout angle and ensure stability during the exercise. The machine is equipped with a triangular pull bar.

SP500 LAT PULLDOWN

A highly versatile isotonic machine, this piece of equipment is irreplaceable for a safe workout of the back and arm muscles. It has adjustable leg pads and an angled weights bar. On request, it can also be fitted with a bar with rotating grips for a more natural workout.

SP570 CHIN / DIP ASSIST

This is a revolutionary piece of equipment given that even less powerful individuals such as beginners, children, women, the elderly or the overweight can do the wide variety of exercises at the bar or the dips at the parallel bars, thanks to the ingenious system that counters body weight. Subsequently, this weight can be gradually reintroduced when strength increases after training on the machine. It has an easy-to-use set of steps and safe platform that glides flawlessly thanks to the ball bearings.

SP650 VERTICAL TRACTION

Allows you to train at the same time all the muscles of the thoracic region. The correct posture is guaranteed by the extensive rotation, capable of giving the maximum elongation and the maximum contraction.

SP530 ROWING

With this machine you can work individually on the back and medial-upper scapula-upper arm muscles from the seated position and in almost total isolation from the lower back muscles. Thanks to its particular features, it is suitable for users suffering from lumbago or vertebra problems.  Thanks to the self-regulating chest pad, the mid-torso back muscles can be exercised from full contraction to incomplete extension, improving posture and limiting scapula defects in the young. The range of movement with divergent trajectory faithfully reproduces the natural capacities of the muscles exercised.

SP620 LOW ROWING

Thanks to the torso support pad, with this piece of equipment the upper back and lattissimus dorsi muscles can be excellently isolated whilst avoiding any use of the lower back muscles. The torso pad provides an optimal support without hindering arm movement. It can also be adjusted to allow the correct workout position to be found for any arm length. The height of the seat can be adjusted and the contoured handgrips offer different grip options.

SP640 PULLOVER

This machine works all muscles in the torso at the same time. Correct posture is guaranteed by the variable resistance cam and wide rotation which ensure maximum extension and contraction. The ergonomic grip fitted with a device that adapts automatically to different forearm lengths and the ROM device to limit the range of arm movement complete the technical features of this piece of equipment for a highly professional workout.

SP560 DORSI PECTO

This is a dual use piece of equipment. The first works the latissimus dorsi with a maximum range of movement of more than 180º per arm. The angled pad allows various different inclinations of the trunk in order to minimize the strain on the scapula-upper arm even in users with stiff shoulders. The second allows you to workout the entire range of pectoral muscles, especially the lower portion which is worked when the arms cross over toward the feet. A biomechanics concept was applied in the design and build of this piece of equipment in order to resolve the problem of incomplete movement in the final stages of the exercise. The contoured arms represent the resulting solution insomuch as they isolate the muscle to be worked. The machine has a seat and suitably cushioned, angled support pad and two independently moving, contoured arms.

SP580 BENCH-SHOULDER PRESS

SP520 PECK DECK

This machine has moving arms that allow your arms to adduct in a maximum range of movement both unilaterally and bilaterally. The pectoral muscle fully contracts after maximum pre-stretch. Thanks to the height-adjustable seat, the workout angle can be moved up and down and the upper, medial or lower pectoral muscles exercised more directly. The machine has a preload device.

SP590 ADVANCED CHEST PRESS

Designed to provide the greatest possible workout for the pectoral muscles while gradually working the synergic muscles of the body with perfect posture, this machine goes beyond conventional production principles and appeals to experts for its innovative features, making it ideal for more elite athletes from a variety of different sports too. Our technicians based their designs on three main objectives:
1)A convergent movement that adapts perfectly to the adductor function of the pectoral muscles that are naturally contracted and an extension of the arms with relative contraction/extension of the front deltoids, triceps and the serratus posterior.
2)Minimize friction and the effect of the compressive load on the shoulder, scapula and wrist muscle-tendon group thanks to a self-regulating mechanical device mounted on the hand grips;
3)Being able to work the medial and upper pectorals individually by adjusting the height of the seat and the lower muscles by way of the second pair of hand grips.

SP660 SHOULDER PRESS

SP540 DELTOID

With this machine, the medial deltoid can be easily and correctly exercised which makes it especially good for beginners, women and elderly users who find using dumbbells difficult. It is also ideal for fitness programmes and bodybuilders who, due to scapula stiffness, are unable to find the right trajectory when workingout the medial deltoid using dumbbells. The progressively heavier weight and back or forward movement of the arms during the abduction movements significantly reduce strain on shoulder joints and the risk of contracting a dangerous periarthritis. The shoulders can be worked separately thanks to the arms of the machine that move independently. It has an adjustable padded seat, two contoured arms and a self-regulating torso support pad.

SP550 REAR DELT

With this machine you can workout the rear deltoids, the medial trapezius and the rhomboids (middle back muscles) from a seated position and with the back extended (postural position).
The angled support pad can also be used to work with the torso tilted forward for a more intense workout of the lattissimus dorsi.
The machine has two arms which can also be used separately and two sets of hand grips, one of which is pivoted to allow a variety of different workout angles. Added to this, it also has an adjustable seat and a self-regulating support pad, both of which are padded.

SP730 Arm Curl

Designed in accordance with innovative biomechanics criteria, this piece of equipment features a forearm support system. Thanks to this solution, the torso support pad has been eliminated given that the muscular workout is totally focused on the biceps. The machine has an adjustable seat, ergonomic handgrips and a ROM device to limit the range of movement.
