Lat and Pushdown: pull and push in a single tower. The SP781 – Multistation combines the two key upper body movements, pulling and pushing, in a compact structure. It integrates two height-adjustable cable columns, a Lat Pulldown station, and a Pushdown station for triceps, allowing for a complete workout of the back and rear of the arm, with variations for the shoulders, core, and upper limbs. The Lat Pulldown develops broad back muscles and improves posture and upper body control; the Pushdown isolates the triceps for strength and definition.
