TECA StandUp^®

The first functional strength machine

STANDUP^® is better…. but we live sitting down

We spend our days sitting down: at a computer, in a car, at a table or at the gym. Yes, even at the gym! In an age where inactivity has become the new epidemic, we continue to train while sitting. But human beings were not born to stand still, or even to sit. We were born to stand, to move, to be active, to be strong. If we want to restore health, energy and longevity to fitness, we have to do it standing up. Standing is where the real revolution begins.

Train your body,
not just your muscles

Training while standing involves the whole body, not just a single muscle. It is there that we activate kinetic chains and improve balance, posture and coordination. It is here that we develop the real-world strength we need in our daily lives. The work becomes even more effective when performed with real resistance, which stimulates the body in a complete, progressive and functional way.

Strong muscles
or a strong physique

Sitting isolates; standing builds a strong physique. Today, people are not looking for bulging biceps, but rather an efficient, stable, responsive body. The biggest demand in the market right now is for health, energy and longevity, and those who choose to train their body — and not just their muscles — are tapping into this.

From now on, strength training will be done standing up

For over 50 years, strength training meant sitting down and isolating muscles. It was the only way that was known.
Then came TECA STANDUP®, the first line of machines that allows you to truly train your whole body while standing.
Pushing, pulling, lifting and deadlifting are just some of the everyday movements that can be transformed into powerful, intuitive and natural exercises.

The inclusive training revolution

For the first time, technology enables complete and safe training to be carried out in a standing position. It doesn't just train a muscle; it strengthens the whole body. This inclusive revolution is suitable for everyone and delivers real, lasting, noticeable results. With TECA StandUp®, strength training returns to its most evolved form: the human body.

Natural movement. Complete response.

TECA Standup^® replicates functional movements similar to those performed in everyday life and sports. Each exercise activates entire muscle chains, generating a systemic response. The body works as a unit. The results are real, measurable and transferable.
