Pullover is the isotonic machine designed to train the entire chest area in an effective and controlled manner, involving the latissimus dorsi, pectoralis major, long head of the triceps, and scapular stabilizers.

The guided arc movement replicates the physiological trajectory of the traditional pullover.

It guarantees maximum eccentric stretch and deep concentric contraction, with high isolated force and joint safety.
