This machine is specifically designed for training the thigh flexors from a sitting position. In this way, the action is localised more towards the distal portion of the thigh flexor muscles (area near the popliteal cable).

The particular angle of the seat and backrest is the result of studies, research and tests aimed at reducing the incidence of the force of gravity on the spinal column and the lumbar flexion and compression effect during concentric muscle action.
