On this equipment, tractions are performed by bringing the handles to shoulder level, in a position slightly anterior to the shoulders. The position allows the traction muscles to be trained by naturally involving the thoracolumbar fascia, which is maintained in a physiological position by the correct position of the lumbar lordosis, also avoiding cervical compensations. More advanced exercises can also be performed on a single support and with only one arm, crossing the supporting limb with the opposite moving arm, with only one hand in the grip.
