Training that reflects the movement we normally make when we need to lift a load with one leg forward. The machine stimulates the thigh muscles (anterior and medial), glutes (major and medium), and hamstrings in a progressive and physiological manner. This station also allows for targeted training to the upper dorsal region as well as a wide range of advanced movements, from single-joint work or monopodal support to dynamic and explosive exercises.
