Leg Press Advanced plate loaded

The FP250 – Leg Press TECA is the professional plate-loaded leg press that combines power, precision, and safety. The exclusive TECA NPU® system and the micrometric adjustment platform guarantee smooth and controlled trajectories, replicating the natural movement of the squat with greater stability. The wide footplate allows a broad stance starting position, enabling deep stimulation of the quadriceps, glutes, and posterior chain. The range of motion is free and self-managed by the user: it is determined by body setup, backrest and footplate adjustments, and individual mobility, without mechanical limitations of the movement path. The adjustable backrest modifies working angles, while the ergonomic non-slip handles improve comfort and control even under high loads. The plate-loaded configuration allows for real, continuous, and scalable load progression, making the FP250 particularly suitable for high-force training and the development of lower-body pushing capacity. Compact and sturdy, it is a benchmark among gym equipment for isolated strength, multi-joint exercises, and lower body hypertrophy programs. Main features
