4. Exercises with stability and posture control
TTECA Multiplanar allows to train these conditions by creating the opportunity for exercises ranging from two-feet / two-hands support to single foot / single hand support (monolateral workouts on crossed chain). Moreover, the stimulation of proprioceptive receptors can be trained using the various accessories that Multiplanar is equipped with (platforms, etc.)

TECA Multiplanar allows a wide range of movement, thanks also to the independent and released arms with which the machines are equipped.
